ECHA has published a series of Practical Guides to help companies who are facing the challenges associated with compliance with Article 95 of the BPR.

These new practical guides include:

• Practical Introduction to the Biocidal Products Regulation (EU) No 528/2012 (BPR) and SME’s
• Practical Guide on Data Sharing under the BPR (includes example templates for confidentiality agreements etc. as well as a data sharing case scenario and compensation calculation factors)
• Practical Guide on Consortia under the BPR (includes a template biocidal product consortium agreement)
• Practical Guide on Letters of Access (including template examples of LoA’s)
