Deadline for notification of Redefined in-situ biocides

The deadline to notify certain in-situ biocides is fast approaching. Certain in-situ systems that are not currently supported under the Review programme are now available to notify, the deadline for doing this is 27 April 2016. Companies will need to make a notification through R4BP 3 by this date to continue to be placed on the EU market.
