The amendments to the Biocidal Products Regulation (BPR) were published on 05 April 2014 in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJ) as Regulation (EU) 334/2014.

This new Regulation will enter into force on 25 April 2014 with some aspects being retrospectively applied from 01 September 2013. The act is titled “Regulation (EU) No 334/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 2014 amending Regulation (EU) No 528/2012 concerning the making available on the market and use of biocidal products, with regard to certain conditions for access to the market” and is available to view here.
